Together, we will explore how writing can become a form of meditation that helps to calm the mind, bring inner peace and harness creative flow.
This course focuses on the practice of mindful writing rather than on theory.
The course consists of 8 lessons highlighting how writing can create a meditative state. This allows for the exploration of the inner world and the practice of mindfulness.

More specifically, the program consists of 24 writing prompts divided into the following lessons:

  • Lesson 1: Breathing words
  • Lesson 2: Engaging the senses
  • Lesson 3: Allegorizing
  • Lesson 4: Journaling with gratitude
  • Lesson 5: Nature as a muse
  • Lesson 6: Writing for self-care
